Agenda Arc Privacy Policy

Agenda Arc and Agenda Arc Companion are published by OUTR Software, LLC.

Agenda Arc watch face

The Agenda Arc watch face does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. It displays information supplied locally by Wear OS complication providers selected by the user.

Agenda Arc Companion

Agenda Arc Companion requests read-only calendar access so it can display calendar event titles, start times, and end times on the user's watch. Calendar information is processed and cached locally on the watch solely to provide the agenda feature. It is not transmitted to OUTR Software, LLC or any third party.

Agenda Arc Companion does not include advertising, analytics, user accounts, or tracking technologies.

Data retention and deletion

Cached calendar entries remain only in the companion application's private storage. Users can delete this cache and all application data by clearing Agenda Arc Companion's storage or uninstalling the application.

Security

Application data is stored within Android's private application sandbox. No calendar data is sent over a network by Agenda Arc or Agenda Arc Companion.

Children

The applications are not directed specifically to children and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected by updating the effective date and the published policy.
